Special Education Centers Curriculum Project

The Belize National Curriculum

The National Curriculum of Belize is the central body of educational goals and objectives for students in the country of Belize.  It is made up of many documents representing educational outcomes desired at the various levels of the education process.

The Special Education Centers Curriculum Project will use the belize National Curriculum as its central point of reference.  Intergration of the Special Education Centers Curriculum with the National Curriculum will allow teachers of students with significant cognitive impairments the flexibility of referencing core content standards that will be both relevant and functional in relation to their academic and personal development.
